This great looking self-propelled mower with large rear wheels is a firm favourite in the ATCO range. The Classic 18S mower is powered by a Stiga ST140 139cc Autochoke engine which drives the wheels and the 46cm cutting width blade resulting in effortless mowing.
The steel chassis ensures that the Classic 18S is a durable, dependable, and easy to use mower. It has a centralised lever to adjust the cutting height of the blade – with six positions to choose from depending on the length of grass you are cutting – and clippings are collected in a large 60-litre grass collector which is easy to fold down for storage after use.
To save time and to add nutrients to your lawn, you can simply fit the mulching plug (supplied with the mower) and clippings are finely cut and redistributed back onto the lawn surface as you mow.
With fold-down handles it is easy to move around the garden and store. The Atco Classic 18S is a super mower and is suitable for medium sized lawns.
A 5-year manufacturer's warranty is included with this model (T&C's apply).

We recommend cleaning the petrol lawn mower in the normal way after each use. Before washing the petrol mower, we suggest that any residual grass or top soil is removed using the special scraper, which can be purchased separately.

What is the cutting height set to on this petrol lawn mower?
The cutting height can be adjusted according to desired grass length. If the grass is very long, we recommend first mowing the lawn with the cutting deck in a higher position. Then, mow the lawn a second time with the cutting height set to the desired grass length. For information on cutting height positions, refer to the "Technical specs" section. To use the side discharge function on this petrol mower, you need to remove the bag, attach the mulching plug and join the deflector to the side of the cutting deck. You can re-attach the bag to the lawn mower, but it is not required for use in side discharge mode.
